Most performance clothing is designed around a specific activity. Bengaluru-based ReplyAll is betting on the opposite idea: urban consumers increasingly want clothes that can move from a commute to work, travel, exercise and an evening out without requiring an outfit change.

The D2C apparel startup has raised ₹9.7 crore in a funding round co-led by Sadev Ventures and Atom XVII. ISV, represented by Jivraj Singh Sachar, and Long View Ventures also participated alongside existing investors Sparrow and Antler and several angel investors. The capital will go toward fabric R&D, product design, category expansion and building ReplyAll’s retail and customer community.

Founded in 2025 by Rushabh Sanghavi, ReplyAll positions itself as an “everyday performance wear” brand rather than conventional sportswear. Its current range includes the Coolest Tee, All-In Pants and Stepwise Tee, designed around functional materials that can perform across different settings while retaining everyday styling.

Fabric technology sits at the centre of that pitch. ReplyAll uses its Temperform material platform in the Coolest Tee for heat management, while Flexknit is designed to give trousers stretch and wrinkle resistance. The company says each of its first three product launches sold out and that revenue has grown month-on-month for seven consecutive months.

Repeat behaviour may be the more important early signal: ReplyAll says returning customers now contribute around 40% of revenue. The company has not disclosed overall revenue, margins or unit volumes, so the next challenge is proving that early product enthusiasm can translate into a broader and sustainable wardrobe business.

The company has also added Harmind Singh as cofounder and chief marketing officer. Singh, who previously held creative and design leadership roles at PhonePe, BookMyShow and Uber, will oversee brand, marketing, creative direction and product design.

ReplyAll’s bigger bet is that performance apparel does not need to look like gymwear. If its materials can make ordinary clothing work across more parts of the day, the fabric itself could become the brand’s strongest differentiator.
