US markets enter a busy earnings week from August 10 to 14, with investors watching results from AI infrastructure companies, semiconductor suppliers and technology firms for signs of continued demand.

The week includes major reports from CoreWeave, Cisco Systems and Applied Materials, alongside results from companies including Rocket Lab, Monday.com, Barrick Mining, JD.com and Tencent Music. Kiplinger identified CoreWeave, Cisco and Applied Materials among the week's key earnings spotlights.

CoreWeave, the AI-focused cloud computing company, is scheduled to report second-quarter results on Tuesday. Analysts expect revenue of about $2.56 billion, representing 110.7% year-on-year growth, while the consensus forecast calls for a loss of $1.42 per share, according to Kiplinger.

The results will provide a fresh indication of how quickly demand for AI computing capacity is translating into revenue for specialist cloud providers. CoreWeave has expanded rapidly to serve AI workloads, making its revenue growth and profitability important indicators for the broader AI infrastructure market.

Cisco Systems is scheduled to report its fourth-quarter fiscal 2026 results on Wednesday. Analysts surveyed for the Kiplinger preview expect earnings of $1.17 per share, up 18.2% from a year earlier, on revenue of $16.83 billion, an increase of 14.7%.

Cisco's previous quarter showed the strength of AI-related infrastructure demand. The company reported third-quarter revenue of $15.8 billion, up 12% year on year, while total product orders increased 35%. Cisco also raised its expected fiscal 2026 AI infrastructure revenue to $4 billion from an earlier forecast of $3 billion.

The company had forecast fourth-quarter revenue of $16.7 billion to $16.9 billion and non-GAAP earnings of $1.16 to $1.18 per share. The results will therefore be closely compared with Cisco's own guidance as investors assess whether AI networking demand remains strong.

Applied Materials will report fiscal third-quarter results on Thursday. The semiconductor equipment maker has officially scheduled its earnings conference call for August 13 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time, according to the company.

Kiplinger expects Applied Materials to report earnings of $3.39 per share, up 36.7% year on year, on revenue of $9.01 billion, up 23.4%. The publication attributed the expected growth partly to AI-driven investment in DRAM and logic chips.

Applied Materials supplies equipment used in semiconductor manufacturing, making its results a read-through for investment in chip production. The company has said its technology is central to the production of advanced chips supporting AI applications.

The week's earnings calendar also includes Rocket Lab on Monday, Lumentum and Cardinal Health on Tuesday, Coherent and Cerebras Systems on Wednesday, and Ross Stores alongside Applied Materials on Thursday. Super Micro Computer and CoreWeave are among the companies drawing particular attention from investors because of their exposure to AI infrastructure.

The earnings releases will arrive alongside important US inflation data. The Bureau of Labor Statistics is scheduled to release the July Consumer Price Index on Wednesday and the July Producer Price Index on Thursday, adding another potential source of volatility for equities during the week.

The combination of corporate results and inflation data means investors will be assessing both company-specific performance and the broader outlook for interest rates and technology spending. The immediate focus will be on whether AI-related revenue growth and infrastructure investment remain strong enough to support elevated expectations.
