Ultrahuman Raises $70 Mn as It Moves Beyond Wearables

Bengaluru-based wearable technology startup Ultrahuman has raised $70 million in a fresh funding round led by Qualcomm Ventures. Labcorp, Alpha Wave, Blume Ventures, Nexus Venture Partners, Alteria and other investors also participated as the company looks to deepen its technology across health sensing and artificial intelligence.

The fresh capital will be deployed across sensing technologies, AI, miniaturised electronics, health algorithms, clinical science and research. Entrackr estimates the round values Ultrahuman at around $363 million post-money, representing a roughly 65% jump from its previous Series B valuation. The company had earlier raised $35 million in its Series B and $17.5 million in Series A funding.

Ultrahuman is now positioning itself as more than a wearable-health company. Its longer-term ambition is to build a human-computer interface around data generated by the body. Its ecosystem currently brings together the Ultrahuman Ring, Blood Vision, M1 and M2 Live glucose monitoring, Ultrahuman Home and its Jade AI system. Together, these products collect physiological, biochemical, metabolic and environmental signals.

Research is also becoming a bigger part of the platform. Ultrahuman's Pulsomics programme allows Ring users to voluntarily participate in health studies, with current research focusing on areas such as sleep, VO₂ Max and glucose metabolism. The company has also introduced capabilities including AFib Detection, Cycle & Ovulation Pro, cardiovascular fitness age and its PowerPlugs ecosystem.

The funding comes after Ultrahuman reported ₹565 crore in FY25 revenue and ₹73 crore in profit after tax. It had projected revenue of around ₹1,000 crore for FY26 while expanding internationally. With Qualcomm and other strategic investors now backing the company, Ultrahuman's next phase will depend on whether it can turn its growing collection of health signals into a broader, connected health-computing platform rather than remaining primarily known for its smart ring.
