Enterprise artificial intelligence customer relationship management (CRM) startup Superleap has raised ₹36 crore in a funding round from Peak XV Partners' Surge programme, as the company looks to strengthen its AI capabilities and expand its enterprise software platform.

The company said the fresh capital will be used to enhance its artificial intelligence models, accelerate product development and expand its engineering and go-to-market teams. Superleap also plans to scale customer acquisition as businesses increase adoption of AI-powered enterprise software.

Superleap develops an AI-native CRM platform designed to help enterprises automate customer engagement, sales operations and workflow management. The platform uses artificial intelligence to assist sales teams with lead management, customer interactions, forecasting and productivity.

The investment comes as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-powered software to automate routine processes and improve customer relationship management. Demand for AI-native enterprise applications has accelerated as businesses seek to integrate generative AI into sales, support and operational workflows.

Peak XV Partners' Surge is an accelerator programme that invests in early-stage technology startups across India and Southeast Asia while providing mentorship, product guidance and access to global investors. Superleap joins a growing portfolio of AI-focused companies backed by the programme.

The company said it will continue investing in product innovation to build enterprise-grade AI capabilities while expanding its presence among mid-sized and large businesses. The funding is expected to support recruitment across engineering, product and customer success functions.

Investment activity in enterprise AI has remained strong in 2026 as venture capital firms increase exposure to startups building applications for business productivity, automation and customer experience. AI software companies have emerged as one of the fastest-growing segments within India's technology startup ecosystem.
