Absorbent hygiene products maker Nobel Hygiene has filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus with SEBI, taking a major step towards its public market debut. The proposed IPO will include a fresh issue of up to ₹150 crore along with an offer for sale of up to 1.55 crore equity shares by existing shareholders.
Quadria Capital, through Orbit Investment Holdings, will lead the OFS by selling 95.7 lakh shares, while Sixth Sense Ventures plans to offload 50 lakh shares. Bennett Trading and a few individual shareholders will also participate. Quadria currently remains Nobel Hygiene’s largest shareholder with a 36.71% stake.
The company plans to use the fresh capital to repay certain borrowings, invest in subsidiary Nobel Hygiene Baroda and support the expansion of its Halol manufacturing facility. The expansion will include additional manufacturing and warehousing capacity along with a new adult diaper production line, reflecting the company’s push to scale its core hygiene categories.
Founded more than two decades ago, Nobel Hygiene operates across adult, baby and feminine hygiene through brands including Friends, B-Fit, Teddyy, Snuggy and RIO. As of March 2026, the company had more than 1,150 SKUs and is also looking to expand its feminine hygiene portfolio with products such as disposable period panties. Adult and baby hygiene together contributed the bulk of its FY26 operating revenue.
Financially, Nobel Hygiene reported a 14.6% rise in revenue from operations to ₹846.75 crore in FY26. EBITDA grew 29.3% to ₹84.76 crore, while profit increased sharply to ₹18.91 crore from just ₹22.8 lakh in FY25. The IPO therefore comes at a time when the company is not only expanding manufacturing capacity but also showing stronger profitability — setting the stage for its next phase of growth in India’s expanding hygiene products market.
