Conversational AI company Gupshup has launched an agentic AI solution for the real estate industry, designed to move digital property interactions beyond basic chatbots and lead forms. The platform connects AI agents with developers’ property, inventory and CRM systems, allowing potential buyers to discover projects, ask questions and take actions through WhatsApp and voice conversations.

The AI can interpret open-ended queries and collect information such as a buyer’s budget, preferred location, property type and purchase timeline. It can then retrieve relevant project information, qualify the lead and trigger the next step. Buyers can request brochures, arrange callbacks, schedule site visits or move to a human sales representative without leaving the conversation.

Gupshup is also extending the same conversational workflow beyond the initial sale. Developers can use the platform for maintenance requests, appointment scheduling and access to property documents. The system supports both text and voice as well as regional languages and dialects, making it useful in markets where property decisions often involve lengthy conversations rather than a single online transaction.

The company says the technology is already being deployed with real estate businesses in West Asia. One deployment uses WhatsApp for property discovery and lead qualification, while another supports customer service in English and Saudi-dialect Arabic. Gupshup says the real estate solution is available globally and can integrate with existing developer systems.

The timing reflects a wider AI shift in property sales. An EY-Parthenon-CREDAI study estimates that GenAI could improve real estate sales velocity by 30–50% and lower customer-acquisitioncosts by 20–50%, though these are potential sector-level gains rather than results guaranteed

by Gupshup’s product. The bigger test will be whether AI agents can improve lead quality and site-visit conversion without removing the human advice buyers typically expect in high-value property decisions.
