BharatPe’s enterprise payments arm BharatPeX launched a new payment gateway for ecommerce and fintech companies. The platform brings more than 100 payment options—including UPI, cards, net banking, IMPS, NEFT and RTGS—into a single integration. It also combines checkout, settlements, refunds, payouts and automated reconciliation, while its dynamic routing engine can direct transactions toward acquiring banks based on real-time success rates and service availability.
PayU, meanwhile, introduced Agent HQ, a no-code AI agent storefront targeted at small and medium businesses. The platform allows merchants to deploy autonomous agents across sales, marketing and operations while making product catalogues discoverable and transactable through generative AI platforms such as ChatGPT and Claude. Agent HQ is integrated directly into PayU’s existing dashboard and draws on data from its network of more than 4.5 lakh merchants.
The third major launch came from India’s FASTag ecosystem. Road transport minister Nitin Gadkari unveiled OneTag, jointly developed by IHMCL and NPCI, to let users switch issuer banks without replacing the physical FASTag on their vehicle. The same tag ID remains linked to the vehicle, while issuer records are updated through NPCI’s central architecture. Together, the launches reflected three themes shaping fintech’s next phase: more intelligent
payment routing, AI moving deeper into merchant operations, and greater portability across financial infrastructure. GFF 2026’s final day showed that the sector’s focus is increasingly shifting from simply digitising transactions to making the underlying systems more flexible, automated and interoperable.
