DailyObjects is preparing for its biggest expansion yet. The design-led lifestyle-tech brand has raised ₹332 crore in a mix of primary and secondary transactions, valuing the company at about ₹1,050 crore as it looks to move deeper into physical retail and product development.
The round was led by Xponentia Capital Partners, Anicut Capital and Axiom Asia Private Capital. Early investor Roots Ventures is partially exiting through the transaction, generating an 18X return while continuing to remain a shareholder. Existing investors including 360 ONE Asset and Trifecta Capital will also stay invested.
The new capital will primarily support DailyObjects’ retail expansion, design and R&D capabilities, brand building and exploration of international markets. A major part of that strategy is physical retail: the company plans to build around 150 exclusive brand outlets across India over the next five years.
Founded in 2012, DailyObjects began with phone cases before expanding into a broader portfolio spanning technology accessories, carry products and workspace essentials. The company now wants to invest further in new materials, differentiated product concepts and in- house research and design as it strengthens its position across these categories.
The fundraise also marks a significant step up in capital for the company. DailyObjects had raised roughly ₹100 crore in equity over the previous decade. Cofounder and CEO Pankaj Garg said the latest investment will help the company pursue its ambition of building a ₹1,000 crore business while eventually establishing a global design-led consumer brand from India.
International expansion remains at an exploratory stage, with more concrete moves expected from the next financial year. For DailyObjects, however, the immediate transformation is already clear: a brand that largely grew through digital discovery is now preparing to put substantially more of itself on physical shelves.
