Enterprise videos have an expiry problem. The moment a product interface, workflow or brand guideline changes, training and customer-facing videos can quickly become outdated. Clueso has raised $10 million in Series A funding to automate that maintenance work with AI agents.

The round was led by Dharana Capital, with participation from Founders Future and Neotribe Ventures, alongside existing investors Y Combinator and F7 Ventures. The latest financing takes Clueso’s total funding to around $12 million. The company had previously raised $1.4 million in seed capital.

Founded in 2023 by IIT Madras batchmates Akash Anand, Prajwal Prakash and Neel Balar, Clueso helps enterprises create and continuously update product and instructional videos. Its platform can capture software workflows, identify gaps in existing content and generate videos containing scripts, voiceovers, animations and captions. Users can then refine the output through a browser-based editor.

The bigger ambition is to make video less of a one-time production project. Clueso integrates with company systems so its AI agents can track changes in product information and refresh videos when interfaces, processes or brand guidelines evolve. Its MCP integration also enables AI assistants such as ChatGPT and Claude to create, edit and manage video content through the platform.

Clueso says it has more than 1,000 paying customers globally, including Atlassian, GitLab, Zendesk, PhonePe, Zoho and MoEngage. About 65% of its customers are in the US, while Europe contributes around 20% and India roughly 10–15%. More than 70% of videos created on the platform are customer-facing.

The new capital will support enterprise sales, deeper business-system integrations, improved editing capabilities and development of more autonomous AI agents. Clueso’s long-term pitch is straightforward: enterprise video should behave less like a finished file — and more like Clueso fundingsoftware that keeps itself current.
