Enterprise SaaS startup Kapture CX has raised $10 million to accelerate global expansion, invest in AI-powered customer support solutions, and scale its presence across international markets as demand for intelligent CRM platforms continues to rise.

Every growing business eventually faces the same challenge serving more customers without compromising on experience. As companies increasingly turn to artificial intelligence to solve that problem, startups building AI-first customer support platforms are finding themselves in the spotlight. Kapture CX is the latest to ride that wave.

Bengaluru-based Kapture CX has raised $10 million (around ₹94.5 crore) in its Pre-Series B funding round, led by Bajaj Finserv Ventures, with participation from existing investors Cactus Venture Partners and India Alternatives. The fresh capital will be used to fuel international expansion, strengthen the company's research and development capabilities, and accelerate the rollout of new AI-powered products.

Founded in 2014 by Vikas Garg and Sheshgiri Kamath, Kapture CX develops AI-powered customer relationship management (CRM) software that helps enterprises automate customer support, streamline service operations, and generate actionable insights through AI copilots. Today, the company serves more than 1,000 enterprise customers, including Bajaj Finance, Cashify, bigbasket, Unilever, Coca-Cola, and Jockey, while supporting over 90,000 active users across 18 countries.

The startup has also built a strong global footprint with offices across the United States, Singapore, Indonesia, the UAE, and the Philippines, backed by a team of over 350 employees. According to the company, revenue has grown 4X since its Series A round in 2023, and it has already achieved profitability a milestone still rare among enterprise AI startups. With the latest funding, Kapture CX is now targeting 5X revenue growth over the next few years.

As enterprises worldwide race to embed AI into customer interactions, startups that can combine automation with measurable business outcomes are attracting significant investor confidence. Kapture CX's latest fundraise signals that Indian enterprise SaaS companies are no longer just building for India they're building for the global AI economy.
