Bla Bli Blu Hit ₹250 Cr Run-Rate — and Reached EBITDA Profitability in About a Year

Fragrance startup Bla Bli Blu has crossed a ₹250 crore annualised revenue run-rate and turned EBITDA-positive roughly a year after launching in July 2025, marking a sharp acceleration for a young brand competing between mass-market perfumes and expensive international labels.

The ₹250 crore figure represents the company’s current annualised pace rather than completed annual revenue. Still, the jump is notable: Bla Bli Blu had reported a ₹100 crore annual revenue run-rate only six months earlier. The company attributes the expansion to a combination ofecommerce and quick-commerce distribution rather than relying on a single direct-to- consumer channel.

A major driver has been its flagship fragrance, **Old Money**, which the company says now sells around 4,000–5,000 bottles every day. Bla Bli Blu says the product ranks among the leading fragrances in its category on Blinkit and second on Amazon, while the wider portfolio is also being expanded through Zepto, Flipkart, Myntra and Meesho.

Its product strategy is designed to lower the risk of buying fragrance online. The brand offers a ₹399 trial pack that customers can redeem against a full-sized 100 ml bottle. Bla Bli Blu says repeat purchases increased from 25% to more than 35% by the third month. Earlier, thecompany had also described extensive consumer feedback as part of how it refined its fragrances.

The next phase is moving beyond digital distribution. Bla Bli Blu is expanding through retail stores, kiosks and modern-trade partners including Walmart and Nykaa, and expects partnerships with Reliance and D-Mart before the end of 2026. Internationally, it says it has already generated around ₹1 crore in the US, largely through TikTok and Amazon, with the UK among the markets it plans to enter next.

The bigger signal is not simply rapid top-line growth. Bla Bli Blu appears to be testing whether an affordable-premium fragrance brand can scale quickly across quick commerce, marketplaces and physical retail while reaching positive EBITDA unusually early in its journey.
