Founded in 2024, Graph AI is building software for pharmacovigilance — the processes pharmaceutical and biotech companies use to identify, assess and report adverse events linked to medicines. Its Graph Safety platform is designed to replace fragmented manual workflows with a connected AI-led system while retaining validation layers, audit trails and human oversight for regulated decisions.

The company says its live deployments have reduced individual safety-case processing times from more than three hours to under 10 minutes, while lowering operating costs by as much as 66%. Rather than removing safety professionals entirely, Graph AI’s approach is aimed at shifting repetitive processing to software so teams can spend more time on medical analysis and judgement.

Graph Safety currently includes Intake, which captures and triages adverse-event reports, and Nucleus, an intelligent safety database that automates case processing. A third module, Report, is scheduled to launch this month, while the company is also developing Signal to identify emerging safety patterns across cases.

Graph AI has already onboarded pharmaceutical and biotech customers across North America and other international markets. The Series A now gives it capital to move from early enterprise deployments toward broader commercial scale. The bigger test will be whether its speed and cost improvements can hold across heavily regulated global drug-safety operations where accuracy, traceability and human accountability remain critical.
